Well, it is actually challenging. These balloons can reach up to ~10km height and ~200 km/h speed. Cheap and agile measures are needed to take them down as using AAMs or SAMs is not an option and you cannot shoot them down with HMGs. The best solution would be to invade Belarus and change goverment.
