Hey thanks for covering MDEx development, that's super helpful! Next feature, hopefully coming soon, is full support for HEEx inside Markdown, ie: Phoenix Components. We'll need upstream changes github.com/kivikakk/com... but good news is that comrak author is supportive of this idea.

That's super interesting because Req has been an inspiration for the API design and @wojtekmach.bsky.social also hinted some ideas regarding the sigils and the format of the AST, so this is like closing a loop.
