I thought it was really lovely and relaxing and pretty spacious. Wasn't crowded yet since it's still so new. We didn't try the restaurant but I'm sure you'd love it. In Golden Circle area, I'd definitely choose this over Fontana. (Secret Lagoon isn't a good comparison as it's more rustic/natural.)

Maybe you don't know that no snow in October here is perfectly normal. We got an early snow - which also sometimes happens - and then all the snow was gone a few days later. Again, normal here. Climate change is a problem, but your comments about THIS particular situation & my photo are unfounded.

People often have that misconception about Iceland. It's really rather temperate.
