Yesterday I went to Westminster for a gambling reform evidence session, sharing residents views. Proud to sit alongside @endgamblingads.bsky.social as 1st local authority in country to join the campaign. Good to speak w/ Beccy Cooper MP who shares our public health concerns & is a vocal advocate.

They may come in waves, or be triggered by life events or time of the year. There's no set path and how long and how your affected is personal. You might want to use art, music, or writing to help process your emotions. However you cope, it's all valid. Remind yourself that with any liss or change, difficult feelings will follow. Whatever brings you joy, fibd time to do it and give yourself permission to enjoy it. Take care of your body.
