Another barrier is the preparation of educators teaching older students- and have they been provided adequate training so they know how to scaffold complex texts for students- or provide foundational literacy instruction when working with older students.

Thanks for acknowledging our donkey and horse-powered libraries. The children follow these donkeys and carts as children would follow an ice cream truck. We also had to shift to get books into the IDP Centers to children who were displaced from their schools and homes. Literacy changes lives.
