I am using arrays, but wanted to see about two arrays in one sbatch. For example, do something across all individuals, then for all scaffolds, where n_inds ≠ n_scaffolds.

Running separate arrays is working, just not as efficiently as I’d like haha 😅 thanks tho!

I recently saw a [conservation focused] talk discussing how a single SNP confers resistance to a toxin in an endangered species. And I thought “how cool!” - I did not think about how a one SNP could also confer a more harmful result 😅🫠
