I didn't like how Scarlet/Violet got rid of trainer encounters. I like having some type of obstacles when going through routes/caves. It just adds a layer of party management, where you'll need to see which of your mons you'll want to lead if others are damaged.

Predator Badlands- Another great film. Dan Trachtenberg is three for three with Predator films. Having the movie focus on a Yautja is a nice shake up for the series. Dek and Thia make a great team and I hope we get to see more of them in the future. This is my favorite action movie of the year. 9/10

Having to find souls to upgrade weapons isn't fun. I feel like I've rarely found new weapons throughout my playthrough. And the ones I do find are either too weak or something I don't prefer.

Dawn is pretty good too, it's just bogged down by touch controls.

Plus it felt like what Predators should have been and gave us more lore to Yautja. Plus that post credit scene has me itching to see what Dan Trachtenberg has cooking. Will watch Badlands as soon as I can.

AVP, Prey, Killer of Killers - AVP has so much potential but it was so boring. Some decent fight scenes but I was left disappointed. I loved the setting of Prey and observing how an indigenous group deals with the predator. Killer of Killers had some really great animation.
