I cannot fathom how someone who bangs the drum constantly on immigration seems so totally clueless about the history of, and rhetoric surrounding, US immigration restrictions in the 19th & 20th Cs. (Or isn't clueless, which is worse IMO).

Even in my new lawyer days 35 yrs ago when I thought Dershowitz was someone to be respected I never would have associated the word "charismatic" with him.

I kind of asked this Q the other day but no one chimed in with an answer. If the 2 counts in version 2 are worded exactly like they were in version 1, wouldn't the failure of all jurors to see and sign version 2 be some type of harmless error?

Easy to 2nd guess and be a critic but I wish they had added something like "if you have concerns, consult with xyz" at the end. [some sort of short recommendation).
