It's because the whole point is to fracture the Democratic Party and suppress voter turnout, which will ensure we never elect enough Democrats to end this nightmare or get you any of the things you think your government should be handing you.

These people are not your friends. Democrats are.

Choosing beggar.

Receiving help from FEMA only to complain about the form the help is taking.

I may be biased, but watercolor painting is a terrific hobby.

Go paint out your frustrations instead of annoying and depressing strangers on the internet.

I told my parents that if we're going to travel domestically for next year's family vacation, we should avoid flying.

Glad my paranoia was vindicated.

We're naturalized citizens, but I'm taking no chances.

He is exactly the kind of egghead, ivory tower academic type that people deride.

Sorry to hear that it was a person you'd known for a long time.

Some relationships are not worth keeping. We need to protect our peace in times like this, and people who cause us added stress and tension need to be let go.

Thanks.

I tried reaching out again early this year, but after he demanded I apologize to him for hurting his feelings for calling him patronizing (he was), I let him have it.

We agreed on 95%+ of the issues and volunteered together on multiple D campaigns. We even shared hobbies.

It's a shame.

Love this.

I dabble in origami myself, but this kid has taken it to an entirely new level.

He is the future.

Honestly? I think they admire Trump's GOP.

They see MAGA's success and think, "Damn, wouldn't it be nice if we could be in power like them. If only that meddling Democratic establishment weren't in our way..."

Not understanding that they need to *vote consistently* for that to even be possible.

I never understood the framing:

Dems are the worst most evil for not stopping the GOP with a noodle, but the GOP is somehow less evil because their evil is pure. Dems better get their act together and be evil like the GOP. What do you weirdos even want?

Anyone who supports him is unserious and cannot be treated as someone with a valid opinion.

Some Democrats are talking out of both sides of their mouths —railing against fascism and embracing this man who had a Nazi tattoo and espouses misogynistic views.

Not acceptable.

That was probably a prank.

But this one...is real. And it actually succeeded.

If Schumer drops out or is somehow defeated, this person will no doubt find another excuse not to vote.
