I fully agree with this statement. So much absurd stuff but my favorite was the kill kit pie.

I love them! Often I’m not super hungry in the morning and one little baby quesadilla is just enough.

Lately I’ve been making quick noodle soup with super thin rice noodles, boxed broth, and whatever leftover vegetables are in the fridge tossed in. I sometimes make little quesadillas with small corn tortillas and fill with leftovers or kimchi.

I’m also bringing something Greek/middle eastern to thanksgiving. A mezze plate with dolmas, olives, hummus, etc. I wish there was going to be moussaka at the gathering as well but I don’t think I’m going to get that lucky!
