Were you trying to colour (and shape) co-ordinate with the lovely floor tiles or is that just a happy accident?

Wow! That was one very, very busy student! Or maybe a non-traditional student over a longer period?

I might accept the argument if they'd only been looking at subjects where you're expected to have written a book before you can get tenure, but if they're working in a field where research is pretty much always shared via articles, why prioritise a form that blocks the dissemination of the research?

We always called it eggy bread too! Not English, but maybe my grandmother learned that name in England and passed it on to my mother, who was born in Edinburgh?

[Me, failing to think of a funny Brontosaurus joke and desperately hoping that maybe this person can be Heathcliff]

Alt: a man (in breeches, coat, white wig and, admittedly an anachronistic pair of sunglasses) is sitting on the back of a Brontosaurus. The word "Dinosaurs" appears underneath them.

I'm thinking that one of the types of crime that's increased in the last few years is anti-immigration crime:
Who are the rioters and what jail sentences have they received?
Nearly 500 people have been charged in connection with the violent unrest.

Yes, I feel the same way, because to me the "ling" at the end sounds like a diminutive, so I expect a dumpling (like a puffling) to be small. I have had a dumpling which contained an entire apple and I felt that was at the upper limits of dumpling size. [I am not an expert on dumplings!]

Thanks! When I saw you'd managed to get them, I had another look at my link and I wonder if I missed shops because the radius it set automatically for my search was too short from the centre of town. Anyway, that's great! Glad to know the site does have the info.

Well, now I look closer, I can't see any at the foot of Leith Walk, which is a bit of a problem, since there should be a cluster there.

I couldn't find the one I saw years ago, but I did find this website: charityretail.org.uk/find-a-shop?... (that should include the search for Edinburgh, and I think it's got most of them).

Congratulations! I can see from the description that you're covering a lot of genres so, given my own interests, I was wondering how many romance novels you looked at/how much space in the book is dedicated to them.

The original covers weren't as pretty IMO but you can see that this book is part of a trilogy, and the blurb of the second book focuses on the FMC mentioned in the first.

Maybe some of them are unhappy because they don't like the idea of large numbers of Scots travelling to Trump's US and potentially getting detained by ICE?

Feels similar to the analysis by the Institute for Government. Though they're adding that Wes Streeting is also rubbish.
