There's no difference between them on any important issue. (Trone Garriott is for term limits but that would never happen either way)

Democrats were facing a lot of sub-optimal outcomes.

I understand people's frustration but there was no way the shutdown would end other than some version of "Democrats cave." A bunch of Dem senators didn't even want to force the shutdown to begin with.

They've had 10+ years to work on this and have nothing.

Time to stop taking their supposed health care policy work seriously.

Having closely followed Iowa down-ballot campaigns for many years, I can assure you that zero Democrats are running for the state legislature on a "woke" agenda.

Rather, Iowa Republican campaigns are spending tons of money to associate Democratic candidates with trans issues, CRT, DEI, BLM, etc.

He seems to like being Iowa House speaker. I don't see him laying the groundwork for a statewide campaign.

Pat Grassley has done nothing to lay the groundwork for a statewide campaign for U.S. Senate.

They think this is owning the libs because they would do anything to protect Dear Leader.

I don't know one Democrat who is worried about the powerful Ds who may be in the Epstein files. The overwhelming sentiment is "screw them."

I don't know how but the phone camera knows to do a long exposure. The colors are much fainter with the naked eye.
