🎉 Today is my 1 year Googleversary! 🎉

I'll be honest, I was so nervous to start at Google. After working in my last job for nearly 5 years, change felt really scary. Plus changing what Cloud provider I would be working on, felt like it could be quite risky. But it was a risk worth taking.

📣 I re-wrote the Google Cloud Architecture Framework: Reliability pillar! 📣

If it wasn't clear by now, Cloud resilience and reliability are my jam, so to get to re-write the pillar was awesome (nerd! 🤓)

🇪🇸I’ve just come back from 4 lovely weeks working remotely in Spain, thanks to Googles ‘4 Weeks Work From Anywhere’ policy

It was such a good opportunity to get a change of scenery, a renewed sense of motivation and a general reset- and yes, a bit of winter sun! 😎

I think it’s time to bring out this bad boy again! 🙌
