I really wanted to do this trial but had one dose of AZ so not eligible. That is my only regret for having AZ.

This book changed everything I thought I knew about (pre)diabetes. I’ve been plant based over a year now and my A1C was 5.7 last labs.
I may add in some animal protein again at some point but this seems to be working.

I’d like to think that some spaces are catching on.
We just donated replacement filters to our granddaughter’s preschool as well as 4 more smaller Hepa filter units. The staff were absolutely grateful.
Still such a long way to go though to be sure.
