If you're doing doorbell home assistant lock the fall back is at least normal lock unlock. Strikeplates are annoying with double doors anyways. Btw I don't think they discontinued the doorbell? Still see it for sale both wifi and poe flavors. They just enabled thumbprint and NFC too.

Right now just 6hdd in raidz2 + one SSD app pool (backs up to hdd pool). It's just in a kind of mini case so it's kinda squirrely to get the drives out.

Harder to find though outside of reddit. Search (Google Bing) have kind of gone off a cliff. Let me know what you like. I have an august on the side door. It noms batteries a bit too quick for my liking. Got an ubiquiti doorbell so want something to pair with it for NFC/thumbprint

Don't use multiprotocol it's flaky ( (Aka one USB device for thread and zigbee) Better to use two separate USB. Btw did you see kwikset just launched a thread lock?
