if anything this is a point in favor of fighting games since if you get stomped you just die immediately instead of having to sit through a match no one wants to play

victories in fighting games (like blocking a mixup or teching a throw) you cant do those things while shutting your brain off like in mobas

in order to play fighting games you have to actually think and learn about your decisions
