The real question should be - movie you've watched in more than 6 "incarnations" 😎

Even then it's hard to choose - many of them I watched on Beta then VHS, then as avi, mp4 and mkv, many as scr, ts, dvdrip, BRrip, 720, 1080, and now 4K and HDR 😂

To be fair, FB was just following the US "tradition" in pioneering and promoting online white supremacy / antisemitism et al, which started back in the '90s with Stormfront (banned in Europe, but not in US)
Until this point, attempts at using the Internet as opposed to bulletin boards have had limited success for the white pride movement, (201 but Stormfront developed a following with the growth of the Internet during the 1990s. /21 By 1999, nearly 2,000 websites associated with white supremacism existed, with the recruitment power of reaching millions across the United States.

Terry Gilliam credits Tom Stoppard with the idea of having a dead beetle fall into the computer, causing the typographical mistake that leads to a man's death and the entire sequence of events in the movie. Writer and director Terry Gilliam wrote the initial drafts of the screenplay with Charles Alverson (who remained uncredited), but sought the help of Tom Stoppard in re-writes. However, the collaboration turned out differently than Gilliam had hoped, as he preferred to have frequent discussions with his co-writer, while Stoppard insisted on working alone and handing in his version after a several weeks. Gilliam then took Stoppard's version to Charles McKeown to collaborate on the final version. Stoppard can be heard saying on the behind-the-scenes documentary What Is Brazil? (1985) that he has no idea whether any parts of his screenplay actually ended up in the movie. McKeown wrote most of the propaganda slogans that can be seen in the background throughout the movie, and also played Harvey Lime.

I am now in the middle of writing a very large and serious book, 750 pages long. about old Sumeria. I will win the Nobel Prize for it. It will make no difference; people will still think How to be an Alien is the only book that I have ever written.

A libraries are essential - but a household without a myriad of books is as well, even more so. My mother kept tons of books (many secondhand and in 4 languages ;) and since I was a kid I could browse and find some great literary works (and some just pure entertainment :)

On that note... :)
Video Fridays: Fran Lebowitz, Book Collector As many of you know from her cameo in The Booksellers (2019), author Fran Lebowitz is very much a bibliophile. In the new Netflix series, Pretend It’s a City, she and director Martin Scorsese chat about life, art, real estate, books…. The entire seven-episode series is funny and enjoyable, but episode seven, “Library Service,” gets up close and personal with Lebowitz’s book collection. She also visits the NYPL and the Argosy Book Store.

It doesn't matter who believes G's denials (*) but both these options are present for a looooong time People just don't bother exploring them, then they go into overdrive after Watch Out!
