Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Qatar have called for Hamas to disarm and for establishment of Palestinian state ALONGSIDE Israel. To keep it all real, Hamas just reaffirmed its commitment to one state (that's what it means to end of 'occupation' (they're not talking about W Bank!)

In Israel, starting with air force pilots/reservists many groups have issued sign-on letters calling for the return of hostages and end to the Gaza war. I'm with them!

Interesting (see below): "UK think tank says Hamas death toll appears to include Gazans who died of natural causes." Mostly for skepticism about death toll. There's also reasons to believe death toll understates how many are already dead or will die from conditions.
