There is constant pressure on hyperscalers to improve reliability. It's *hard*. doubt failure was just DNS failing due to single reason, likely be a latent bug or similar and several things went wrong at the same time to trigger it. AWS aren't daft or lazy. I would love to read the PIR on this one

You can flash Soft-RF on a thirty dollar LillyGo T-Echo device (LoRa esp32 devices that usually run meshtastic) and get similar plane detection, glider pilots use them for ADBS-B plane detection. It's pretty cool

A) talk about rejoining Europe
B) criticise Israel's policies
C) be realistic about immigration numbers
D) have a common sense approach to bathrooms

If you were a bunch of oligarchs, and you funnelled dark money into disrupting democracy by using think-tanks to boost Reform, you'd stack the deck on the other side as well. Not necessarily out in the open, but you'd welcome naive new parties that split the vote on the left.

I started a hobby building seiko-based automatics. It's easy to get into, cheap and having a tiny, entirely mechanical beautiful bit of machinery on my wrist gives me a lot of pleasure.
