The scalding shower I took with double exfoliation definitely helped a little. I also double mopped my floor and I’m doing an ethnic level of pest control tomorrow lmao

- but it’s more of a mental game than physical one ngl. It feels like all of my workouts have been for “nothing”, as I havnt really lost weight. But I have to remind myself that maintaining muscle and good lifelong health habits matter more than any number on the scale.😊

I’ve been maintaining my weight, but I’d like to eventually start to lose rather than just maintain all the time. I’m trying two new supplements- one to boost metabolism, and I’m finally starting creatine. I’m lowkey hyped to see the gains and muscle recovery after I start creatine-

In order to be in a proper calorie “deficit” to lose about a pound a week, I’d either have to work out more frequently (I go 4 times a week usually), or eat less calories. But the “diet” I’d need is 1000 calories a day, which isn’t healthy for my body. So im opting to boost my metabolism instead-

other than that, it’s just not letting my body dysmorphia win and telling myself my body has done so much for me and is so capable, and no matter what phase I’m in during this journey, I’m determined to see it through.

(My legs are 16 pounds of straight muscle each 😛🍑)

—> I’m currently working on boosting my metabolism, so rather than be on a restrictive diet, I’m going to do ~2000 calories a day and increase my weight lifting to 3-4 times a week so my metabolism can readjust. This past 6 weeks I just struggled to put off any weight, and I know why now. —>

I talked to a personal trainer and he said to be at my absolute leanest weight, I need to lose 36 pounds, but I can do it slowly. Also during said metabolism test I found out I’m burning ~1500 calories on a daily basis.

My cut used to be 1500, so my body essentially adjusted to the diet—>
