Sugar detox day ? …. Not sure 🤔 which is an excellent thing, cravings are way less! None of this looked tempting 😅 energy more stable. Just shopped, healthy choices in the trolley. Splurged on teeth whitening stuff, skin care new journals and a coloring book this week instead of lollies and treats!

I can now go all year without buying veg/fruit if I’m organized with my freezing dehydrating bottling etc. It’s taken 12 years + a manic husband who loves gardening but we lufs it! Now at a stage where we get to sell a lil bit at the gate from our lifeboat. Potatoes next thing out of the ground 🥔 🌱
