Not to mention the primary reason was Gaza and how any of those non-voters thought that Trump wouldn't be worse for Gaza is beyond me. At the end of the day it kinda seems like non-voters were relying on actual voters to win the presidency cuz we all know yall didn't want Trump in office. 🤔

Non-voters can bitch all they want about their decision making and how it's not their fault, but at the end of the day we wouldn't have a fascist trying to take over our country in a weeks time if they did vote. 🤷♀️

I will say we also do have the disadvantage of being a massive country so coordinating nationwide protests that are in massive numbers of people isn't as easy but I do also think that can be a cultural and societal issue as well.

It's less being passive, asleep or disinterested, it's comfort and privilege. *Most modern day Americans have never had to worry about their rights being stripped and have never used empathy to try to understand it.

We're well passed the point of compassion and education, we were 4 years ago. There's no educating people who lack empathy. I honestly don't even know that they'll learn anything when what they voted for starts affecting them.🫤

They have already had countries turn away planes full of deported immigrants. They have to go somewhere and I would be very not surprised if our government knew that and was already well prepared because 🌈free labor🌈

We can only pray and I'm not even religious 🤣 that spray tan is looking a lot more orange and his turkey neck a lot more flabby lately. 😂 Really though, I'm so sorry this was your first presidential voting experience. My first vote was for Obama and looking back now, that was a privelege!

He's definitely playing a strategic game of distraction right now. There were so many executive orders that didn't get attention. I don't see enough people talking about his executive order for allowing Israelis back into Gaza to settle, or about his commentary about cleaning out Gaza.

Oh I agree, but I don't think I'm alone in the feeling that this seems different. Like somehow the rules just won't apply for him, especially while having the majority in house and senate with a bunch of old white men trying to tick off a list of conservative dream policies. Just worrisome is all. 🤣

It's truly a scary time. One of his people is ALREADY pushing the idea of changing our constitution to allow presidents a third term. I can't even imagine what the next 6 months will look like at the rate he's going.
