I cannot curse 2025. I turned 40, got to travel, judged competitions, and saw some really wonderful people.
It gave me one of my greatest achievements as a maker and an almost decade long dream came true.
I will curse December for making me so sick, battered, and bruised.

I was waiting for a prescription yesterday and this little boy (maybe 3-4) was in front of me with his dad. He was happily eating a snack, Stopped dead and looked at me, smiled, and just started singing "You're my soda pop. My little soda pop."

I was invited to judge the Masquerade. My first time to the DC location and I was overwhelmed by the size. 😵💫 First time in over a decade and it was crazy. Got badges and got to see some of the Matsuri performances!
