Pro EU. Have 2 kids who went to Uni in EU. One on autistic spec. Love labradors. Libdem. And date a hard working Farmer. It’s possible to love EU & a Farmer!! Power to women & girls. No DMs.
I read the news today, and my hurt sunk that there is such depravity. It’s depressing that these racists seem oblivious to the fact that skin colour has little to do with paedophilia. A paedophile is a paedophile.

Investors lose faith in Reeves Budget

I assume you are calling Labour Right Wing, as they are in Govt. I trust the FT.
November 14, 2025 at 6:59 PM
I don’t think so

They are all busy renting out & buying up properties more like.

Labour keep telling us there is no money.

I have the utmost sympathy for anyone whose job is at risk ( unlike many Labour fans).

Unemployment is at its highest in years. Which means it’s harder to get a job.

Re WASPI.The Country is broke. Why should our young people pay for what they won’t get

I listened to #EmmaReynoldsMP head of DEFRA ( graduated in PPE) be rude & unable to answer any questions put by the NFU today. But she did that Trumpian thing of saying her boss Angela Eagle, was very experienced.Indeed was the most experienced Minister in Labour (not in agriculture).

Lazy & rude
November 12, 2025 at 8:49 PM
Nothing like a bit of distraction. Having told us there is no money. They are buying WASPI women’s votes. And having given Farmers less than 2 years notice then gaslit the public. And having quietly removed funding for the below. And the contaminated blood scandal.
November 11, 2025 at 11:40 PM
And when there are limited resources. I do look at the contaminated blood scandal, & whilst most people don’t get it, I am concerned for the Farming industry, because hundreds of thousands of jobs from different sectors will also be lost too. And I care about young people, & these cuts, see below

As the Govt listen with a tin ear to small businesses, & unemployment increases, the one area who have increased recruitment is the public sector. 516,950 public sector workers. Meanwhile we have 452,900 tied to the UK agricultural industry 1.3% of workforce produce 54% of domestic food consumption

How do you feel about this?

How is this ever going to bring the NHS back into public ownership?
October 28, 2025 at 12:35 PM
This is so needed in schools.

We have a Govt, & its supporters so disconnected from Agriculture. A huge ignorance surrounds Farming.

Let kids learn where their food comes from. Let them be part of a future that is better involved in what we need to survive. Healthy foods. Being outside.

I am in Portugal. When I told the young female Dr how hard I found menopause. She said “It’s not an illness, all women go through it!”

Yesterday, I was at a birthday lunch & my PT neighbour at the table started having a hot flush. She felt she was going mad.I gave her this podcast & Davina Maccall

Labour have Van Goghs ear.

Ask the Farmers
October 26, 2025 at 8:29 PM
And this.
October 26, 2025 at 8:26 PM
The NFU has little power. Because we have so few Farmers. Dictating anything they do, we have DEFRA, the Environment agency & the Government of the day. Let’s stop pretending anyone else has any control over this.

Who are these people with this kind of money spare?

An article from Sky news

Can someone tell me why anyone follows back an account with no posts or replies? Is this a BOT?

Bluesky appears to be an echo chamber of too many Labour supporters who will aggressively try & silence anyone critical of Labour. Criticism is not allowed it would seem.

In a democracy we should be able to disagree, without some kind of disclaimer.

Amazing trip to Paris. Original plan was to go & see Parov Stellar, but I don’t have the financial means to indulge in such trips abroad. This is first time, I ever did such a thing.

Had an absolute blast. The biggest waste of money ( with sh*t security) was the Louvre

I gave my vote past 2 GE to Labour due to FPTP. I’m a member of LibDems but also like Greens ( both are pro EU).

I want #ProportionalRepresentation

Reform could win a GE just like Lab did with very few votes. Yet Labour seem too selfish to introduce a fairer electoral system.

F*ck Labour
