today is exactly why i don’t indulge in alcohol anymore. woke up at 0100 and didn’t fall back asleep for over an hour and feel so blah today, physically and mentally.

it’s so foreign to me to have people show up - being vulnerable usually gives people amp but today, was amazing different and lovely.
