SCOTUS is an activist court. They signal how they’ll rule if someone happens to bring such a case before them, they ignore precedence, break their own precedence, and even ruled on a case where the “plaintiff” (MOHELA) was unaware they were a plaintiff.

It angers me that the President has the power to pardon people who commit crimes on his behalf. That’s even more powerful than the BS immunity that SCOTUS gifted him.
