I wouldn't recommend an Arch-based distro to a new Linux user, but I wouldn't say Arch has low stability. My Arch install has been running for about 5-7 years now and haven't had any issues. The main issue is with NVidia and their closed-src drivers. It is what breaks a lot in my experience.

Aggressive/confrontational kind of marketing is a turn off. Especially when that marketing is really in your face.

Plus, that kind of marketing doesn't feel like Resonite. I hop onto Resonite to hang with people, chill, and the like.
