Speaking of the X series, did you ever hear the re-dub of the “WHAT AM I FIGHTING FOR” moment redubed by the then current Zero voice actor? I love it. The original is charming but it’s nice to see the scene with great voice direction

I’d generally just avoid any anniversary shows because while they tend to be self contained, it’s also just filled to the brim with fan service that might not hit the same if you don’t already have some of your favorite guys in mind.

What’s great is that now is a fantastic time to get into the series. Toei straight up has playlists of complete seasons on their YT, and even samplers of the first two episodes of basically every season. Drive is where I started but it’s hard to go wrong.

There are crossover episodes from time to time, but that tends to be more early bird cameos of the hero from the newly announced show showing up to say hi.

Other than that, you can honestly pick and choose.
