Yeah I'm also totally fine with the menu line, like the Prancing Pony definitely had a menu, no reason for orcs to not know what menus are. If people want to whine about something the nervous system line is a better choice!

I am in pain nearly every day 😬 And multiple dentists in the last 6 years have been like "hey, this will cause long term damage eventually..."

Gap is cool! Keep a gap! I'm against a lot of the dentist work that's just for looks but I don't think that's my case anymore 😔
