I read this article today by Warren Buffett about a poem, If, whose relevance is timely.

In fourth grade, we had to memorize the last stanza of If, by Rudyard Kipling. Its words still echo in my mind to this day.

I stepped down yesterday as Co-Chair of the California Junior Classical League after 25 years of service. The State Chair deliver a lovely speech about my experience, contributions, and my love for the JCL, the US’s second largest youth organization and run almost exclusively by Latin teachers.
