we host a max of 2 people. mostly young couples getting away from their kids for a weekend, or older couples, coming to visit their kids that live here. sometimes songwriters in town for the week.

i also think there's some nuance here. we have a guest suite as part of our home which we wouldn't be renting to long term renters as we like to have it available for friends and family to stay in, but renting it out has helped us continue to afford to live here.

btw going back to earlier, Sho doesn't have a gluten free option, but my gluten intolerant wife is able to eat it because of the type of flour they use and the long fermentation process they do. she's not celiac, though, so YMMV
