dude.. electric pot has been another game changer for my ADHD 😭 tell me why i’ve been eating carrots and sweet potatoes every day sometimes 2 or 3 times the past month LMAO but throw some water salt and nutmeg glaze with honey 😩 easy work lunch to it cooks it so quick and i don’t gotta think much

using my ipad for my gym/food/life and day to day goals has been a game changer for my ADHD tbh .. like actually. i keep it on my island open , or i bring it to work and keep it open on my desk. always reminded me!! it makes me wanna get my shit together soo bad 😭
