Knocked out about 1400 grams today. The grow was kinda "larfy," so it was a pain, but it got done. They actually bonus out by weight once you pass by 700g. Anything after that is 10cents a gram for your hourly.

It's a staggered schedule. What we do is I'll be on trim for today and tomorrow, have Monday off and then Tuesday Wednesday I work one day of production which is packaging and then the next day trim and then on Friday I believe we're cleaning out a room after a harvest. With Thanksgiving off.

It's super easy. They have a machine that separates the popcorn nugs from the bigger size nugs that folks are always looking for, and those are the ones that we hand trim. Basically it's just dried out sugar leaves to be honest, you can generally do that with your hand depending on the strain.
