I agree that this is misleading. I'm thrilled with the result, don't get me wrong. But it very much suggests that all of the counties "went blue." All of the counties shifted to the left, which is important and significant in itself.

It is bad. Justice Riggs will appeal and the ruling has not gone into effect yet. But NC voters on the Griffin list should be proactive and update their voter registration, thus curing their ballot according to the ruling, if it comes down to it. Instructions here:
