3. 45Q credit for CO2 capture & use/storage is modified to provide same $85/ton credit ($180/t for DAC) for both storage AND use (including EOR). Current law: $60/t for use. Value is nominal $ through end of 2027, inflation adjusted 2028-2032 using 2025 base (both one year later than current law).
