Every Christmas season I'm reminded of the time my mom and I decided to not get any of our pets Christmas presents because money was tight and we figured they didn't care about things like that... Only for her dog to then cry for three hours straight on Christmas day because he didn't get a present😭

What doctors tell me my symptoms are vs what I feel
Fatigue = Genuinely wondering if I've suddenly developed narcolepsy
Sensitive to cold = My bones are cold
Brain fog = Tv static
Anxiety/depression = Crying but idk why. Like actually idk. My brain is vibin. My body is crying. I'm confused.

On a different note though, my doctor upped my thyroid medication and I'm trying really hard not to get my hopes up because it's only day one BUTTTT
I actually had a super good day 🥹 I wasn't that tired, I got a decent amount of work done, I ate good, and my mental health wasn't that bad
