The “establishment” is exactly why we are in this fight in the first place. When you allow the Overton window to continue to shift right due to “norms and institutions” among other passive or complicit things it begins to normalize ideologies like this.

In education circles we call that street data. I don’t think these things get polled or asked more so because people will not actually like the answers. Starting with name the order of succession to 4 places starting with the President?

Demand means very little to this regime. Appropriate accountability is needed despite not having a majority. Force this to a floor vote and use the results as a talking point to expose those that are against protecting kids.

Exactly!!! Should have been AOC (who had her own issues). But this is the gerontocracy the Dems have too. Which is a bigger problem.

It’s because conservative members of the party are likely to be more inline with the status quo. This is also why so many leftists are either completely disgusted by the Dems or the Horseshoe Effect (they vote R, but a certain type). See Bernie Bros as exhibit 1

Which is why I wish he would get primaried!!! He is not a leader, he is incapable of leading, and just like his colleague in the senate both are cowards. At a time when they need to coalesce around a much more progressive movement we get this trash!!
