I didn’t see that one. I got this for $350 which I thought was reasonable. Graded golden age westerns in higher grade always go for way over overstreet (which is like $270 for this grade raw)

There just isn’t much sales data on this kind of stuff so you have to made educated guesses

I’d come close to giving up on a nice one. This one popped up out of nowhere for a price I didn’t immediately turn my nose up to. 7.5 is very nice for this era
