Gaslighting. The reporter should have asked a follow up question making Johnson identify the federal criminal statute that was allegedly violated.

New legal writers need boundaries with respect to adjectives and adverbs. They often use adjectives and adverbs in place of legal analysis or legal rules to support an argument and need guidance to eliminate both until they have more experience.
