As for Surratt and Mantilla, they're picks that appeal to a lot of different interest groups in the city. I heard their names yesterday from someone who was a Harrell backer and the person was quite pleased. Pham is someone who's enormously well respected for her work in Little Saigon.

Honestly the fact that this deal could age badly in seasons 4/5 is why I love it. It’s a little bit irrational which is something we’ve rarely seen with this front office and what’s required to win a World Series
