Edit : adding on to this, if caffeine blocks way too much, it basically makes your brain think that it does not to inhibit itself at all. So your brain accordingly makes your body want to do more. Hence, the jitteriness and rapid heart rate. Adenosine doesn't specifically make you sleepy, it reins in your body.

I’ve finally made it to the Cook Island Season of Survivor which was part of the reasons I started watching the series. It’s the season Yul Kwon wins and he’s credited as one of the first ever AsAm winners in reality competition. And like. I didn’t realize how hot he was.

It was called the “Cadaver Synod” and I need a psychological thriller about a zombie pope on trial ASAP.
