It had to do with you describing some journalists as risk averse and without guts for entrepreneurship because they push back on ethically challenged growth or financial models that work for other types of creators.

Going indie on Substack is not always the answer even though Substack will tell you that it is, but I am obviously still creating Expedite and I am always happy to talk about my experience and pros, cons, challenges, and opportunities. Ugh, this sucks.

tl;dr, they taste good, are appropriately crispy, and not greasy. But this isn't actually a story about fries, it's about increasing traffic and check size and helping to ditch the "salad place" image. (ps, the pickle ketchup is not for me but maybe it's for you?)
