Not a name for it but a quote about it, referring to Louise de Kéroualle, mistress of Charles II, who made her Duchess of Portsmouth. (This portrait of her is very similar in pose to your first painting, also by Lely, although Louise looks more... deshabillé!)

I think we're talking about two different things - I didn't mean the shape of the border/frame, I meant the small squashed oval / figure 8 motif right in the centre of the skirt panel, surrounded by all the B's. It appears on each glove too. Maybe it's just an abstract shape.
A motif of two concentric ovals which are pinched in to give more of an 8 shape. This is in white bead embroidery on a sand-coloured beaded fabric, surrounded by swirly letter B motifs, also in white seed beads.

YES! Omg I've been a fan for nearly 4yrs (mainly on Tumblr) and I've never met another fan anywhere close to my age! (Tbh I'm nearly 50 - only 2wks left in my 40s.) Wildflower and its video were what got me falling down the 5SOS rabbit hole. Calum is my Imaginary Pop Boyfriend.

'Koka' tea set by Hertha Bengtson for Rörstrand Sweden. Nice!
A white teapot with a wide base and a narrower top. The lid has a knob glazed royal blue. The bottom third of the pot is glazed the same blue, over engraved stylised leaves, standing side by side vertically, on their stalks. The glaze is not uniformly applied, you can see how it was painted on in wide stripes which overlay each other, giving variety in the depth of colour.
