I agree! While telling patients to eat healthier may seem like an easy way to reduce obesity, its important to know that this may be extremely difficult for some patients. Giving the patients cheaper options, or resources to get access to healthy food is crucial! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I definitely agree! Many healthy meals take a lot longer to make than making instant or frozen food, which may not be as healthy. It would definitely be a good idea to look into meal prepping or faster recipes! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social
