We did strength training for my 80 year old mother with dramatic improvement. I know you're nowhere that age. Most was using her own body resistance and some
bands and tubing. The biggest issue is consistency. Whatever routine you can stick to.
And tons of balance!

The Senate doesn't have the only power in this equation. I don't think making the Senate another House is the answer and I don't think it would ever survive ratification.

They have equal representation. They have 2 Senators just like every other state. It is the House that balances the Senate with representation by population.

Of course I am not in favor of slavery and its not 1780. Small states will never win that majority.

State are made up of citizens. Wyomings interests don't always align with bigger states. Both deserve equal representation.

You can't expect smaller states to abide by the bigger states decisions. They'll always lose and that is oppressive.
