I thought I'd post this because I currently have a friend who is having some of the issues right now, pins & needles and numbness and is at the Hospital waiting to be seen.. GBS is on the increase. I had it and it took me a year to get back on my feet . It is not something to take lighty....

I had an amazing hike at Seaside Keji adjunct today .Beautiful day. I didn't see any bears but lots of scat and footprints. There were a lot of seals .Well worth the time to walk St Catherines river beach . So beautiful 😁

The stray kitty "White Spot" is using his tiny home to keep dry. I am so happy he is using it. I put a tarp like material on top for some extra protection..

I purchased a Bear Bell at the gift shop at Keji. I had asked about the bears at Seaside Keji and they told me not to worry. Bears will generally leave the area if there is any noise. So Seaside will be my next adventure !!

I decided to head to Keji despite the cloudy cool skies. I was amazed on how low the river is. Overall a nice hike and relazing day
