High cholesterol due to malnutrition (?) (High sugar diet 🗿💥🔨) it’s all catching up I guess .🧎..🧍…🏃‍➡️

Haven’t been working enough and barely completing my minimal 30hr workweeks cause of nausea/tension/dizziness/no thirst/appetite and it was just causing an ongoing chain reaction with multiple symptoms 🙂‍↕️

Still getting stuff handled, high cholesterol and malnutrition, causeeee audhd tendencies 🗿
