I finally did the thing, I deactivated all my twitter accounts and deleted everything. It was bad before, but with this Grok shit basically making it easy for people to sexually assault them. Thats a fucking disgrace.

Waking up at 4 am after 3-4 hours of sleep is getting real tiresome. Been like this for 2 weeks now... Christmas haven't felt like a vacation at all :(
