After 3 or so years of having to endure my clumsiness, my old phone is now just straight up fucked. Good thing I had a replacement on hand lul.
My phone is so cracked up that dead pixels have cropped up in the top left corner and the phone display is fucked to the point of inusability.

realized that only great and secondary powers can colonize provinces in Vicky 2 so i'm adding a few decentralized nations in asia (currently 2 + 4 more later indev)
The previous map but zoomed in on Indochina. Two decentralized nations from Vicky 3 have been added: Sip Song Chau Tai (SCT) and Khmer Loeu (KLO)

Guess who hit the perceived lack of skill curve again
Art is a cycle. Sometimes you draw really well, but sometimes you feel like you can't draw at all! In reality, you are always slowly improving. It's just a cycle of SEEING vs DRAWING that makes you think you are doing worse. Understanding how this works can help an artist power through art blocks (for you are simply improving your ability to SEE), and not get too cocky during art highs! Long story short your skill at seeing art and skill at making art both move in cycles. First you see art better than you can make it, then you improve at drawing and get an art high, but then your skill at seeing art rises above skill at making art again and you get an art low.

i found a vicky 2 mod called "Victoria III" and for a while i thought that someone beat me to demaking vicky 3 in vicky 2 until i saw this

Victoria 2 (south-east asia) map but I added countries from Victoria 3 (you can tell which ones are from vicky 3 because the modded ones are almost always the ones with 3-letter words due to no localization), specifically indochina, indonesia and the philippines. The orange stuff next to burma and siam is actually the British East India Company, i just haven't given the rest of the british india to them yet. Pay no attention to china either, the substates are independent will be removed later. didn't touch australia either. Note: MOST decentralized nations are not gonna be added as playable on the map due to the way victoria 2 functions, but i will add ALL nations that correspond to a culture as at least releasables (except Hokan because they have none). There will be certain exceptions, for example Degar (DGR on map, yellow spot nex to vietnam).
