This thing is everything I was hoping it would be as a baseline. Now to make some setup changes and really set it up. It was super nice hanging at the track again after so long. Helped a new kid, got it to click with him, that always feels incredible.

What to do with you....
I have too many single speeds but this monocog is pretty dang cool too. It's all parts binned up right now with random pieces and I'm unsure if I need to keep it around or should sell it off to someone to enjoy it more

Dude yes absolutely same experience here. To me the treasure hunting of old bikes feels similar to the days 15-20 years ago of treasure hunting cool interesting Japanese parts before the basics took over that scene. I keep seeing all my old car friends switch to bikes and we're having a blast.

Had a couple spots where masking bled through but I was able to hide most of it with making the black molding. It'll work for a short course beater!
